As a company, BB Motor Corp. Inc. will always strive to produce the best products and services available. The better the product/service we can provide, the higher the customer satisfaction, the better profitability for our dealers.

Dealer Territory/Population Protection:

Our goal is to make sure that there is dealership availability for all territories, without “overdealering”. Assurances will be made to make sure that there are not too many dealers in any given area for the territory/population. By the same token, we will add dealers to areas that have more consumer demand than the dealers can service but that will not happen until all areas have representation. First option for those additional dealerships will be given to the existing dealers in that region. (Options tried by other manufacturers wherein a dealer controls a particular area for dealership coverage is not out of the question).

Products/Services:

As unique or new to the market as our product is, we will need to provide training for servicing as well as sales. At our headquarters, in Ft Worth,Tx., we will provide both sales and service training for all dealerships to obtain certifications for their personnel. dealerships will be encouraged to be service centers as well as sales. We have compared the industry standards for warranties, service contracts and maintenance agreements. We will always strive to offer the consumer the best warranty as well as affordable but adequate coverage in service and maintenance contracts.

Out of the Box Thinking:

The mere creation of our company is the result of “out of the box” thinking. Now that we are out of the box, we intend to stay there. Dealers will always be encouraged to challenge us with new ideas/products. We will always have a very active Research and Development department dedicated to creating new products.

Initial Dealership Offerings:

Initially we will offer a limited number of dealerships. The first dealers will get the benefit of lower cost and bigger territories. When we add more dealerships depends on demand as well as expansion of manufacturing/assembly plants. At no time will more dealers be added than our plants can reasonably supply.
